The location was quite central. I could walk almost everywhere. the self check-in process offered flexibility. the room decor featured beautiful design and stylish touches.
The coates room felt a bit cramped. It lacked sufficient space for luggage. noise from the hallway often echoed into the room. the bathroom was unusually small.

the room had a great design and the location was central to everything i wanted to see. my room had a coffee machine with capsules and tea. the shopping bag gift with the hotel's name was a nice surprise!
Our room was small for the price we paid. And there was a light drain smell in the hotel. i found the space felt very cramped!

the belford room featured a nice decor and provided a capsule coffee machine complete with capsules. tea and milk were also available. the bed offered a comfortable, wide space, and temperature controls presented no issues at all.

I appreciated the easy access with the key code. The room's decor was beautiful, and the cleanliness was great. I also found it very convenient that the TV included Netflix. The shower was powerful!!!
The contactless nature of the hotel meant there was no on-site check-in. This made it slightly impersonal. A traditional reception would have been preferred.

A Stylish and Super clean Stay

The hotel had a great location. Restaurants were easy to access. Check-in was simple. The coffee pods were easy to replenish, and an ice bucket was available. I also liked the West End tram stop nearby. It made getting around convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries smelled amazing.
The bathroom sink in Manor room was quite small, which posed a slight inconvenience. It really needs a shelf.

The housekeeper upgraded my room when I had issues upon arrival. I was grateful as a solo traveler. The staff was lovely. The entire building had a very high standard of decor. I liked the virtual check-in.

The taxi calling button in the foyer was magical. A taxi arrived very fast. the neighborhood has many independent cafes, which are really convenient. the building had a beautiful design, especially the teacups and color choices. i found it very unique.
The room size was small. there were zero cupboards or drawers in my room. the tea and coffee area was in a dark alcove. I made drinks on the floor because of the poor lighting.

lovely experience in standard double room

i found the hotel amazing. the room decorations showed attention to detail. i easily checked myself in because the instructions were clear. i really liked the capsule coffee machine and the shopping bag that had the hotel name on it. the bed felt wide and comfortable. there was no problem to warm the room.
the noise coming from the hallway echoed a lot into our room. it was sometimes disturbing.
